Top Business Finance Apps in Latin America Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of the top business finance and business solutions applications on a unified platform in Latin America showcased interesting trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps.

Inter Empresas: Conta PJ from Banco Inter saw a peak in weekly downloads at the start of January, reaching approximately 63K. However, downloads gradually declined over the quarter, settling around 46K by the end of March. The app maintained a strong active user base, starting the quarter with 1.5M and closing with nearly 1.8M active users.

Stone: Maquininha e Conta PJ experienced a steady increase in downloads early in the quarter, peaking at about 29K in mid-January. Afterward, a slight decline was observed, with downloads dropping to around 22K by the end of March. Active users showed fluctuations, starting at 1.1M, dipping to 1M, and then rising back to 1.1M.

PayPal Business saw its downloads peak at 34K in early January before experiencing a downward trend, closing the quarter with 22K. The app's active users initially increased to 78K but declined to 61K by the end of March.

BTG Pactual Empresas: Conta PJ had a steady rise in downloads, peaking at 30K in early February. Active users increased from 228K at the beginning of the quarter to 256K by the end of March.

Expense from Edenred showed a dramatic increase in downloads mid-quarter, reaching a high of 109K in late February. This surge was accompanied by a rise in active users, which peaked at over 122K in early March before settling at 78K by the end of the quarter.
